By accessing or using the PHP Point VS Code Extensions Marketplace ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

PHP Point provides a marketplace for discovering, browsing, and installing Visual Studio Code extensions. We do not host or distribute the extensions directly but provide links to official VS Code extension sources.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Not upload or transmit any malicious code or content
• Respect the intellectual property rights of extension creators
• Not use the Service to distribute spam or unsolicited communications

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PHP Point and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Extensions listed on our marketplace are owned by their respective publishers and are subject to their own licenses.

Extension Disclaimer

The extensions listed on our marketplace are provided by third-party developers. PHP Point:

• Does not endorse or guarantee any extension
• Is not responsible for extension functionality or quality
• Is not liable for any damages caused by extensions
• Does not verify the security of third-party extensions

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PHP Point shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Business interruption
• Personal injury or property damage
• Any other damages arising from your use of the Service

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in the United States.
